Survey: What do you need to know about Detroit’s Aug. 3, 2021 primary election?

Detroiters will cast ballots in a pivotal local election next month during the Aug. 3 primary, weighing in on races for for Detroit Mayor, City Council representatives and other races.

Detour is teaming up with WDET 101.9 FM to find out what you want to hear from candidates, what you need to know before filling out your ballot and any issues you’re concerned about — whether it’s the state of Detroit’s infrastructure, economy, housing or anything else on your mind. 

We’re asking you to share your thoughts in this brief voter survey so we can focus on your biggest questions and concerns before the 2021 primary, and so we can help you vote effectively, safely and confidently.
